Bishnu Raj Upreti, Policy Research Institute, Narayanhiti, Kathmandu

Dr. Upreti has 40 years of experience in development, research and teaching.  His geographical research areas include Latin America, Africa and Asia and thematic research areas include public policy, state building, human security, environment and natural resources. Dr Upreti is currently serving as the Executive Chair of Policy Research Institute.

Bikram Acharya, Policy Research Institute

Bikram Acharya received PhD in Technology Management Economics and Policy from the Seoul National University, Republic of Korea. Dr. Acharya is currently working as Research Fellow at Policy Research Institute and also serving as an Executive Editor of Nepal Public Policy Review Journal.His areas of interests include Public Policy, Development Economics, consumer behaviour, and demand and technology forecasting.
